Orders within Lagos are sent by dispatch rider. Once your order is dispatched, delivery is usually completed the same day.

For orders outside Lagos, we offer two delivery options and you can choose the one that works for you:

• Courier/logistics delivery — faster and fully tracked, typically arriving the next day. This option costs more.
• Interstate bus delivery — a more affordable option. Your order travels by bus to a park in your city, and once it arrives, the park attendant or driver will call you to arrange pickup, either by you directly or a dispatch rider you send. This usually arrives the same day or the next day. If pickup is delayed, the park may charge a small holding fee.

We'll confirm delivery cost and options with you before your order is dispatched.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within one hour of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes. Please double check your delivery address before completing your order.

If your order was sent by courier, check your tracking details first. If it was sent by interstate bus, the park attendant or driver should have called you when it arrived — check for missed calls and contact the park directly if needed.

If you still can't locate your order, contact us with your order details and we will investigate. Orders genuinely lost in transit will be exchanged.

Due to the nature of hair care products, we don't offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with clear photos where relevant, and we will exchange it for you.
