Where We Ship From

All Toks Natural Nigeria orders are shipped from within Nigeria.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 days before dispatch. If you order before 12pm and you’re within Lagos, we may be able to dispatch your order the same day.

Delivery Within Lagos

For orders within Lagos, you have two options:

• We arrange delivery — we send your order out by dispatch rider. Once dispatched, delivery is usually completed the same day.
• You arrange pickup — if you order before 12pm, you can book your own dispatch rider to collect your order from us that same day.

From order to delivery, this typically takes 1–2 working days in total.

Delivery Outside Lagos

For orders outside Lagos, we offer two delivery options, and we’ll confirm cost and timing with you before dispatch:

• Courier/logistics delivery — faster and fully tracked, typically arriving the next day. This option costs more.
• Interstate bus delivery — a more affordable option. Your order travels by bus to a park in your city, and once it arrives, the park attendant or driver will call you to arrange pickup, either by you directly or a dispatch rider you send. This usually arrives the same day or the next day. If pickup is delayed, the park may charge a small holding fee.

From order to delivery, orders outside Lagos typically take 2–3 working days in total. These are estimates rather than guarantees, as timing can vary depending on your location and the courier.

Tracking Your Order

If your order is sent by courier, you’ll receive tracking details once it’s dispatched. If it’s sent by interstate bus, the park attendant or driver will call you directly when it arrives.

If Your Order Doesn’t Arrive

If your order was sent by courier, check your tracking details first. If it was sent by bus, check for missed calls from the park and contact them directly if needed. If you still can’t locate your order, contact us and we’ll investigate. Orders genuinely lost in transit will be exchanged, see our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
